Chicago Complete Home Remodel

If you can see the stairs and the brick chimney in the before pictures have been removed to make room for the new exposed staircase with railing. In this bathroom they went more towards the contemporary look we installed a new jacuzzi tub and granite countertop with marble tile and a vessel sink bowl. All new electric switches and lighting. Completely gutted bathroom.
Downers Grove Bathroom Remodel

Here in these before and after shots are of a bathroom in Downers Grove, IL. We installed a new fiberglass tub with all new plumbing drains and a new water exchanger for the shower with all new copper supply pipes as well. The wall tile was a semi-gloss type of shine with a brown marble porcelain tile. Flooring tile was a wood pattern type of tile which made the floor look like a diamond pattern in the wood along with a matching faux wood tile trim. Chatham 2nd Story Master Addition

Here is another home this time in the Chatham area of Chicago. This house here we did only the roof tear off and framing on it (The addition/skeleton). The walls had to be moved in 1'-6" on each side because the sq. ft. was too high for the size lot the house was on. On the inside was a whole 2nd story master suite complete with 12 foot vaulted ceilings in the bedroom, a 5'x14' master closet and a 10'x22' master bath that had a jacuzzi tub full stand up shower lavatory room and its own linen closet in the bathroom. Tinley Park Great Room Addition

In these pictures we turned a small 1,000sq. ft. ranch into a 3,000 sq.ft. house with a 18ftX24ft great room with 14ft ceilings with a new kitchen and eat in dining room .
Bolingbrook Floor Refinish
- This is a picture of a stained oak floor called pickled white.
- This floor color is cherry and has a semi-gloss finish to it.
On this job we completely sanded down the wood that was pre-finished pickled white stain (and yes we can refinish pre-finished flooring) that was pretty old and had grease stains in the wood
New Floor Install In Lemont, IL

In these pictures here we installed 3 1/4" wide solid oak flooring with a Brazilian cherry border stained and finished with two coats of semi-gloss

Two Story Deck in Chicago
